Type: Whitbread owned hotel giants Premier Inn are a standard at Town and Country having completed Sheffield, Cramlington, Tamworth, Market Harborough and Edinburgh in the last few years.
Ranging from 22 to 86 two and three story bed extensions we carry out all civil engineering and Groundworks from the preliminary stages initially reconfiguring and extending the existing car parks in order that the hotel can stay open while we build.
Scope / Sequence of Works:
- Engineering levels and setting out
- Car park and roadway construction
- Reduce level excavations and removal of arisings
- Excavate and cast ring beam foundations
- Form lift pits and elevator shafts
- Build up to finished floor heights
- Install drainage
- Build up sub structure, reinforce, insulate and cast floors
- Install new utility services
- Paving and surfacing
