Scope / Sequence of Works:
- Search and locate mains services and redirect electric HV cables
- Reduce level excavation, earthworks and muck shift
- Introduce a 350mm piling matt over 2000m2
- Vibro compaction piling
- Engineer to set out all foundations and drainage layout
- Excavate foundations
- Install earthwork support and a reinforced ring beam foundation
- Install all sewer works and connections
- Build block work up to DPC and cast floor slab
- Install attenuation system
- Build elevator shaft complete with waterproofing and tanking
- Reconfigure car park and resurface
- Pathway and hardstanding works
- Re profile ground to new levels
